UpLift Terms of Use

UpLift is a social fitness app for logging workouts, tracking progress, and connecting with other lifters. We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.

You must be at least 13 years old to use UpLift. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. You can delete your account anytime in Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data.

UpLift Pro is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (weekly, monthly, and annual) and a one-time lifetime purchase. All purchases are billed and managed by Apple through your App Store account.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription. Your subscription begins (and bills) at the end of the trial unless you cancel before it ends.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we can’t issue App Store refunds directly.

You own the content you post (workouts, photos, captions). By posting, you grant us a license to display it within the Service to operate features like the feed. Don’t post unlawful, harassing, hateful, or otherwise objectionable content, and don’t abuse, threaten, or harass other users.

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You can block and report any user or post in the app; we review reports and may remove content or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

UpLift is for general fitness and informational purposes only and is not medical advice. Exercise carries risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting any program, and stop if you feel unwell. You use UpLift at your own risk.

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, belongs to UpLift and is protected by law. These Terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or content beyond using the Service as intended.

UpLift is distributed through the Apple App Store. Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for UpLift or its content. Your license to use the app is Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula; these Terms supplement it, and to the extent they conflict for App Store usage, the Apple EULA controls.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for UpLift. Apple is not responsible for any product warranties, claims, or third-party intellectual-property claims relating to the app. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or on any U.S. Government restricted-parties list, and that you will comply with the App Store Terms of Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpLift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using UpLift and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
