Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all your data (workouts, posts, profile).
How do I connect Apple Health?
Finish a workout and UpLift will ask permission to read your heart rate and active calories for that session. You can change access anytime in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → UpLift.
Why don't I see my friends' activity?
Your feed shows people you're connected with and lifters at your home gym. Make sure you've set a home gym, added friends, and that your (and their) account visibility isn't set to private.
How do I keep my workouts private?
In Settings, set your visibility to private. Private accounts don't post to the feed, and finished workouts won't be shared.
How do I manage or cancel UpLift Pro?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
